How to pay for your frame and chassis components.

  we accept:-

• Debit cards are free for part or full payment by phone or in person
• Credit cards incur a charge of 2.5% total invoice
• Cash on collection.
• Direct Bank Transfer in pounds sterling for export orders
• We donot accept cheques

We will send you a quote based on your requirements and discuss with you how you wish to fund the project.

Frame orders can be paid for in full and qualify for free delivery.

Larger orders for rolling chassis etc will require a minimum 1/3 deposit at time of ordering, then 1/3 due when we start the build then balance outstanding due on completion.

We will contact you as we are about to process your order for any payments due.

Often extra work is added by the customer and this can be invoiced at the end of the job and is payable before the order is released.

We accept debit cards (free) and Credit cards(2.5% surcharge) as direct payment.

We are open and easy to talk to people and feel free to contact us at anytime with any concerns over your purchase.

Refunds policy;  All work undertaken is made to order and once it's started then you become liable for the original invoice price plus any extra costs. Refunds on orders that have not been started are discretionary and subject to individual's circumstances.

Delivery times; All completion times quoted at the time of ordering are approximate. We are always seeking ways to optimise our build times but we are unable to guarantee them. Estimated times may run over and this is beyond our control.

Completed Orders; All completed orders must be collected within 14 days of completion. After 14 days of completion a £5 per day storage charge will be made and goods will not be released until payment has been made. All Parts not collected within 90 days of completion will be disposed of and no refund will be given.
