We have developed a range of our tried and tested frames for the increasingly popular rubber mount sportsters from 2004 and up.

This is our first one and is based around our popular gooseneck chassis
All the Images show several optional extras inc big twin forward control mounts, seat mounts, tabs and brackets to suit customers requirements.
Available as a bare frame or set up as a rolling chassis just like this one (you supply the engine) Heres several pix to get the juices flowing!
Combined Oil tank and battery box to take stock battery. £220 + vat
Plenty of room to hide the electrics below and inbetween the rear motor mount.
Accepts factory rear brake caliper if you modify your stock hanger bracket.
Complete springer, wheel, brake and handlebar comination supplied by us.
A set of our Sportster high level 2" stainless exhaust pipes are a must!
For strength these frames are made from 1-1/8" tube as the engine is no longer a stressed member like normal solid mounted engines.
Uses factory engine mountings shown mocked up but use your own.
Engine mounts are laser cut 10mm steel plate.
6mm Plate used for tie rod mountings.
You can have a cool looking chassis, ready to ride for next summer.
